How to use CLAPACK
Sample code and more
Useful code
- CLAPACK is good for solving linear systems. The libraries are in /usr/grads/lib. You have to come up with your own C-function prototypes, though. And read the documentations for LAPACK.
- Minpack provides routines for nonlinear-least-square problems. Another option is the ubiquitous Numerical Recipes.
- CMU's computer vision page has some code you may borrow.
