AID: An Intelligent Dialogue System for Food Relief Assessment Interviews
Natural disasters can strike at any time and when they do, they leave behind people in need. Those people may need shelter, clean water, food, or clothes. In order to help recover from such natural disasters and attempt to prevent the aftermath from occurring again (at least the most severe cases), MIFIRA was created. However, the implementation of MIFIRA can be slow, inaccurate, and not complete mainly due to the fact that it is human-based and not machine-based. To help streamline the process, natural language dialogue systems are being built. This talk will explain how natural language dialogue systems will be used, what MIFIRA is, and where this project is headed.
