How to send vacation auto-replies

Gear->Options->Mail->Automatic Replies->Mail->Automatic processing->Automatic replies

*Note July 2016 The Gear settings menu has been changed again. There is no menu item for "Options" anymore which effectively hides the entire options tree. There is a search box which is great if you already know what setting you want to change. Sometimes when you first open the menu you will see the "options" menu item flash by and then disappear. If you are a really fast clicker you can get it at the bottom. Obviously this is horrible. You may see a shortcut link called "Automatic replies" when you click on the gear. If you do that link will take you to the Automatic reply setup form shown below. Congratulations.  If not you can enter "Automatic replies" in the search box to get a link or enter "Options" in the search box which will make the hidden settings tree visible again on the left. The Auto reply setting is at the path listed above in the options tree. Good luck this could
change at anytime.

*Important Note* There are two sections of this form. If you want everyone to get the reply make sure to check "Send automatic replies to external senders" so make sure you scroll down and read all the check boxes on the form.
