Research
My primary research interests lie in Computer Vision and Image Analysis and application of Machine Learning in the above fields.
I am currently working on Latent Dirichlet Allocation models for text and images under the guidance of Dr. Chris Pal.
I am also interested in Parallel computing and its applicability to making vision and learning problems run in real time.
I was previously involved in a Computer Aided Diagnosis project (Segmentation of vertebral columns from MR scans) at University at Buffalo under the guidance of Dr. Vipin Chaudhary.
