- CSC 296 Students
- The projects described here may be used as final projects for CSC 296. To use one of these projects as a project for you class, contact me (martin@cs.rochester.edu), Dr. Koomen (koomen@cs.rochester.edu) and the Scrum Master of the team you are interested in working with (listed above the project). If all are agreeable, you will provide the database design and implementation for the project you choose. The students in CSC 210 will provide the user interface.

The proposal are all range from good to excellent. I am impress by the work you have done and am looking forward to the results. Many team worked on solutions to problem at UR. This is an excellent approach since you are experts at problems at UR. You have priviledged perspective on these problems. For those teams who propose general solutions, I recommend thinking about a UR spin of your project.

- URscheduler helps students build their class schedule for upcoming semesters combining information from the standard course descriptions with information from RateMyProfessor, CDCS, and reviews stored in the site.

- UR Hungry provides information about on campus restaurants including the individual options within the sites as well as the locations. It allows students to write reviews of the restaurants.
- Tautology: Constraint Satisfaction Problem Solver
- Rebecca Everson (email: reverson@u.rochester.edu)
- Constraint Satisfaction Problem Solver provides a user interface through which people can set up and solve problems using Constraint Satisfaction. The user associates elements in their problem with the propositional variables and rules about those propositions as the constraint. It then calls a general purpose constraint satisfaction algorithm to find solutions.
