Forced Password Change on First Login Instructions

Some new CS shell accounts will require that you change the initial password that you were provided during your first login.

To successfully perform the password change you will ssh login to a CS host with your USERNAME and the provided password. Usually that machine would be cycle1.csug.rochester.edu (or cycle1.cs.rochester.edu if your account is on the the research network) if connecting remotely. You will receive the change password prompt from any machine you successfully connect to the first time.

A common cause for confusion is the system prompting for "(current) UNIX password:". This is the initial password you just used to login. It must be entered a second time here to complete the change (see the text in RED below).
