Subject: here ye here ye: a message from the Secretary of Fun

hello minstrels of fun, this is the secretarious maximus of funniness
making a shout out to all his peeps proclaiming even more fun times are on
the horizon for you all. What is this you say? "I cannot possibly
conceive of having any more fun than I am now, surely you jest
mr.secretary!" Nay, I claim, listen closely as I shall parlay the details
  with great eloquence and bombasity:

  Date: July 4 (Saturday)
Time: will be all day, come in the afternoon close to dinnertime
Attire: clothes, remember: chance of rain
  Money: $5
Alcohol: you drink it, excite with Bacchan revelry!
Food: there will be delectable delights for ye carnivores and leafeaters
  alike
Fireworks: a twist of the neck will allow one to see the splendor and
glory of falling lights from the sky. so basically you can see them from
  the roof.
Where: Lambda Chi Alpha (roof of) - 99 Bay State Road, Boston. Get off at
Kenmore and it is the street between Commonwealth Avenue and the river,
parallel to Comm. Ave. So go in the opposite direction as you would go to
Landsdowne. If you are still lost or too drunk that everything seems
black, call us at 266-9272 or 266-9519.
Contigency Plan: in the event of severe fatigue or sheer drunkenness, feel
free to crash on one of the many accomodating sofas in the fraternity.
Sponsor: Lambda Chi Alpha residents. This party is pretty big, because
other people living in the frat will invite their peeps as well.

One more detail as I prance in the rain spinning tunes of wine and Roman
architecture: there is a limit to how many people we soldiers of fun can
invite. Please limit yourselves to one or two friends at the most. What
sorrows we would sing if our beloved friends were not able to partake in
the fiesta because there were too many already realized. What you must do
is email me whether you are coming or not and who (if any) people you are
bringing. As the secretary of fun I do keep some semblance of schedule
(etched out in papyrus with black chalk made from fish from the
Mediterranean), please notify me of your plans and peeps by Thursday
  morning.

Now my fine friends, you can sieze the day knowing full well that the week
will only get better from here. Sally forth! En Fuego!
