Chenliang Xu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Wilmot Distingshied Professor 2021-2023 at the University of Rochester. His research interests are high-level computer vision and its intersecting fields in the broader AI context, including multisensory perception, cognitive robotics, and trustworthy AI. He has authored more than 70 peer-reviewed papers including two best papers in computer vision and AI venues. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Michigan in 2016.
