I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Rochester's Computer Science Department, advised by John Criswell.

My research interests lie broadly in the area of systems security. In particular, I'm interested in strengthening the operating system kernel against run-time exploitation while keeping the protection overhead low.

To achieve that, I use compiler techniques that transform the operating system kernel to enable strong security policies, combined with hardware support to minimize the added security cost.
